On 17th March 2017, the AUC Special Technical Committee on Transport, Intercontinental and Interregional Infrastructure, Energy and Tourism (STC-TIIIET), adopted a Declaration that pave the way towards financing infrastructures in Africa among which telecommunication and information technologies that include GNSS for Africa.
